This nationally recognised qualification is your pathway to becoming a Personal Trainer, giving you the advanced knowledge and skills to design programs, coach clients one-on-one, and build a thriving career in the fitness industry.

To enrol, you’ll need to have completed the current Certificate III in Fitness (SIS30321). If you hold an older version (such as SIS30315), you’ll simply complete our Accelerate Program to update your units. This ensures you’re fully prepared and compliant before starting your Certificate IV studies.

With this qualification, you’ll learn how to support a wide range of clients — from everyday people through to those with specific needs and goals. You’ll gain the tools to inspire, motivate, and create safe, effective training experiences that get results.

Entry Requirements

What you'll need

To enrol, students must have completed the required prerequisite units from SIS30321 Certificate III in Fitness (or equivalent qualification).
These units ensure you have the foundational skills in anatomy, exercise instruction, and client assessment to progress into advanced personal training.
